About Luca

Luca De Rosa is a successful and highly valued Italian dairy technologist. He is very experienced cheese maker and works in the dairy field since 1999.

He has studied dairy technologies in Italy and graduated with the maximum votes, then, Luca worked as Production and Plant manager in several dairy companies in Europe and Middle East.

In 2004, he began to work as dairy consultant. He trained, started-up and consulted dairy factories in Europe, Asia, America, Oceania and Africa. He also worked as well as Area Technical Manager of Clerici-Sacco group, one of the biggest starter culture manufacturers and the oldest rennet factory in the world.

Luca has great passion and knowledge of his work and any customer served is highly satisfied with his know how supply and results.

He has helped worldwide more than 100 dairy companies, in more than 50 countries.

Luca De Rosa is a highly qualified Dairy Technologist and passionate Cheese Maker who has undergone intensive training to be fully equipped to surmount the challenges of the dairy industry.

As a dairy technologist, Luca is essentially a food scientist who specializes in milk and dairy products such as cheese, fermented products, “whey cheese” and ice-cream. He teaches people how transform and how process the raw milk: a unique raw material, that can be transformed into a huge quantity of different products.
